Who we are
NVA PC Tech operates in South Africa and the Netherlands. We are a managed service provider for Microsoft Entra and Azure tenants. Contact us at info@nvapctech.co.za.
Privacy criteria
We treat the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as our primary privacy criteria for that dual-jurisdiction operation.
What this notice covers
This notice describes personal information we may collect through this company website and related first-contact mail to info@nvapctech.co.za or support@nvapctech.co.za, and how we use it when you enquire about our services.
Client onboarding and service delivery use separate forms and tickets. Those records stay on the client's own project.
What we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:
- Name and organisation name
- Email address and other contact details you send
- The content of your message and any attachments you choose to send
- Basic technical data needed to operate the website (for example standard web server or hosting logs)
We do not ask you to send passwords, secrets, or access tokens through this website.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to enquiries and route work inside NVA PC Tech
- Prepare onboarding or service discussions when you ask for them
- Operate and secure this website
- Meet record-keeping duties that apply to the enquiry
We use personal information only for the purpose of the enquiry and related service preparation. Collection is limited to what that contact requires.
Roles
For South African personal information, NVA PC Tech acts as the responsible party or as an operator for a client as the relevant ticket and agreement state. For GDPR personal data, NVA PC Tech acts as controller or processor as the relevant ticket and agreement state.
Where information is handled
NVA PC Tech operates in South Africa and the Netherlands. Microsoft cloud services used for delivery may store or process data in the regions configured for that work. Cross-border access is allowed only when a client agreement or a recorded basis on the ticket permits it.
Your rights
You may ask about your personal information by emailing info@nvapctech.co.za. Operations receives the request and routes it to Compliance. Access, correction, deletion, and objection are handled under our internal handling procedure and applicable law.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable retention rules. Client relationship records follow the retention schedule in our management system after a client is accepted.
Personal-data incidents
If personal information may have been compromised, we treat that as a personal-data incident candidate and handle it under our incident procedures, with Compliance advising on any notices that apply.
No certification claim
This notice describes how we treat privacy criteria. It is not a claim that NVA PC Tech is certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, or any other scheme.
Changes
We may update this notice when our public pages or recorded practices change. The date at the top will change when we do.
